SilverCancer Lda operates silvercancer.com and the SilverCancer Copilot. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and Portuguese data protection law.

Account data

Name, professional email, institutional affiliation, country and specialty when you register.

Usage data

Queries submitted to the Copilot — anonymised and aggregated for service improvement. Session logs, feature usage and error reports. We never collect, store or process patient data.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, device information and session data. Used for security and aggregate analytics only.

4. How we use your data

• Providing and improving the Copilot service
• Account management and authentication
• Security monitoring and fraud prevention
• Service communications (not marketing unless opted in)
• Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising.

5. Legal basis

Account data retained for subscription duration plus 3 years. Usage logs anonymised after 90 days.

All personal data stored on EU servers. No transfers outside the EEA. Infrastructure providers bound by Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreements.
