How to use SilverCancer Copilot.

Getting started

Open silvercancer.com/copilot. No setup required. Tell the Copilot which country you practice in — it will adapt its answers accordingly. History is stored locally in your browser.

Writing effective queries

Always include your country

  • "I am in Portugal. Evidence for pembrolizumab in MSI-H mCRC 2L+ — GRADE and INFARMED reimbursement?"
  • "I am in Brazil. Is olaparib available for BRCA-mutated ovarian cancer? ANVISA status and CONITEC position?"
  • "I am in Canada. First-line options for HER2+ gastric cancer — Health Canada approvals and CADTH recommendations?"

Be specific about the clinical context

  • ✓ Tumour type, biomarker status, line of therapy, prior treatments
  • ✓ What you need: evidence synthesis, trial search, reimbursement, or all three

Understanding responses

Each response includes: GRADE certainty rating with reasoning, evidence synthesis citing key trials by name, the relevant guideline recommendation for your country, local regulatory and reimbursement context, and recruiting trials when found.

Always verify critical information: For high-stakes decisions, check the primary source. The Copilot shows its reasoning — interrogate it. Reimbursement status changes — confirm current status with your institution.

Trial finder

Include your country, tumour type, biomarker and line of therapy. The Copilot searches ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTR and EudraCT simultaneously and returns country-filtered results. Always confirm eligibility with the trial site before referring a patient.
